Massage Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
A No Show No Call will be charged at the full price of the service.
Same day cancellation will be charged at 50% of the service.
If you held the appointment with a gift certificate, the certificate will be considered to have been used.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals are not granted time extensions but will receive the remainder of their scheduled session and full session price will be due.
